We’re a foundation built on one belief: hockey should be accessible to every kid in British Columbia.
We started with a simple question.
Why do so many kids in BC never get the chance to play hockey? Cost, geography, lack of ice time, missing equipment — the barriers are real, and they keep entire communities out of the game.
The BC Hockey Growth Initiative Foundation exists to dismantle those barriers. We build programs that bring hockey to schools, community centres, and neighbourhoods across the province — on ice, on floors, and in the streets.
